Information under Article 13, Legislative Decree 196/3 "Code on the Protection of Personal Data

Introduction
Following the rules laid down by Legislative Decree 196/03 "Code on the Protection of Personal Data (hereon in referred to as the "Code") IMA Cuscinetti S.p.A., as Process Owner, is required to provide certain information regarding the use of your Company’s personal data.

Source of personal data
The data we have collected directly from the person concerned, will be treated in compliance with current laws, and however, with the utmost confidentiality.

Scope of process
The sole scope of collecting and processing personal data is to adequately comply with the administrative requirements of our company, and in particular: - To fulfill contractual obligations; - To fulfill specific requests of the person concerned prior to the conclusion of the contract; - To implement and fulfill the obligations imposed by laws, regulations and Community legislation; - To fulfill tax or accounting obligations; - For administrative, operational and control requirements and reliability; - Manage litigations. - Commercial and marketing purposes by sending promotional and advertising material concerning products or services similar to those sold.

Processing methods
In relation to the stated purposes, personal data is processed using manual and computer means, with logic strictly related to the purposes, and in any event to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data itself, in compliance with the Code.

Nature of the collection
The collection of certain personal data is also mandatory to comply with the legal and taxation requirements and the refusal to provide this data will make it impossible to establish relationships with our company.

Communication and circulation
The personal data and relative processing will be communicated to companies and or external consultants to carry out economic activities (business, management, to collect economic and financial information, administer information systems, insurance, banking or non-banking brokerage, factoring, manage shipments, placing correspondence in envelopes and mailing manage and safeguard credit) or for the fulfillment of laws (accounting firms, notaries, lawyers). The data will not be disclosed. The following categories of individuals tasked with processing, may become aware of your data: Purchasing, Administration, Logistics.

Rights of the person concerned
The persons concerned may contact the process owner’s Privacy Service to verify their data and add, update or correct information, and/or exercise any other rights provided by article 7 of the Code (attached hereto). In particular, at any time you can object to having your information processed for sending promotional and advertising materials.
